My plan at this point is to get a job that pays more in the meantime, which would allow me to spend less time at work and have more time for flight training and family. (Pretty much the 2 things in my life that are getting ignored right now.) Once I get that in place I am going to spend time getting my CFII and MEI and not use any sims so I am building time and staying current. At that time I will reassess my situation.
Hopefully other opportunities will have presented themselves by then.
