With most of those phone interviews you just need to tell them what they want to hear. That being said, do you have any skeletons in your closet? I forgot what they asked me, mostly why do you want to work here, TT, medical, stuff like that. Just to see if I met their qualifications. You'd have to screw it up pretty bad or come off sounding like a poopy head to not get invited. I would suggest possibly practicing your interview skills with friends/family, or taping yourself. You might learn a lot! Good luck with future interviews!
