That's too bad man, look at it as a blessing in disguise. It's a good company but things are STAGNANT. If you want to go airlines I'd suggest SkyWest or Republic for now.
Have you had any previous successful aviation interviews? If not you might want to look into some books on interviewing. I've seen some people interview that would be good for a job but they just can't interview well, hence no job.
