1. Tinnitus. This can be due to hearing loss, the excessive use of aspirin, blockage of the eustachian tubes, etc. If it is continuing, you should see your doc to be sure the eustachian tubes are not blocked. If they are OK, get an audiogram so you know how much hearing loss you have. Noise induced hearing loss will not get better so protect your hearing from now on.

2. You can use propranolol for essenital tremors. Just be aware that when you the propranolol at a medical, the FAA will want some kind of documentation from your doctor about the tremors. If it is not bothersome (except when you drink HOT coffee) you may not want to treat them.
