I fly out of Hillsboro Aviation. They charge 78/hr plus a 6-10 dollar fuel surcharge. Twin Oaks requires you to have insurance for the airplane you fly. They have a 180 horse cherokee, it's cheap but you need hull insurance on it.

That is really cheap... When I lived in Montana I payed 80/hr for a 172 and I thought I was getting a good deal.
