drinking and driving in CA..? not a good idea.. the new law states that there is no limit for alcohol in your system while you are driving.. so, one drink, cop smells it, you puff it.. whatever.. no matter how well your doing mentally... the cop can still be a jackass and take you in.

But.. 'its not illegal until you get caught'... hey, we have SOMETHING going for us...
