I was the guy buying the POH. It was my first time flying there. It seems like a really nice place to fly. The owners take a real interest in things running right and it shows. It was the only school in Houston that I could find that was even remotely interested in doing initial CFI ratings. There are 4 of us doing a CFI groundschool with the owner. I did hear they will be looking for another full time CFI once the airport work is complete.
