Ditto. One of my good friends has been there a little over a year and loves it. His reasons are:
1. No reserve (for him). He went straight to holding a line;
2. Pay: they're one of the better paying regionals;
3. Respect: they are treated well and work in an overall enjoyalble environment (as opposed to some regionals **Coughcoughminecough** that tend to view you as an endentured servant
.... I kid)
