Spbrian is a tube driver at a different PDX outstation. They just made him fly the Richland run for awhile instead. Don't let him fool you, he loved shoe-horning the sewer pipe into there (when he wasn't busy breaking it).
JayAre- SGU is an SLC outstation, but it doesn't fly into SLC (if that makes any sense).
