I wanted to start a new thread to discuss dinner for the SOCAL Meet and Greet.

First off it is despicable that the Yardhouse would not accept dinner reservations for thirty, simple as that. With a party that large we will account for about 10-15 percent of a restaurants revenue for that night, if they do not want to work with us, I got a big hairy butt that they can kiss. If we still want it there, great but if they do not accept a reservation and will not give us our own area AHEAD of time we should go to some other place.

I have been in touch with the managers at the McCormick & Schmick's Seafood Restaurant located at:

2101 Rosecrans Avenue
El Segundo, California 90245
It is about three miles from LAX.

They have been MORE than helpful...

They also would accept a reservation for 25-35 and have us in three or four tables close together in the dining room. The other thing is to that those that have an airline/aviation ID would get 25% off our entree purchases (they did say that if 20 out of 30 have it they probably would offer the discount to the whole group. I doubt they will be that picky about this)
