Luckily, no. My mom can come over and babysit both Gavin and Nessa on the weekends. Being of lowly seniority, my days off are during the week anyway. The days during the week I DO have to fly, her mom can come up and babysit the dynamic duo. So, ironically, this actually opens up her availability at work. We figure if someone has to be there with her anyway, we might as well get some $$$ out of the deal.....
