Default Flight Instruction at White Air

Curious about this.

I know the weather could be bitter cold this time of year and VFR flying and student flying minimal at times from November through March in the Midwest.

As a CFI at White Air, are you able to keep picking up a substantial amount of CFI time through the Winter months? I'm assuming it is tough when it's extremely cold and the weather is not decent.

PS - Looking for comments since my school choices are Falcon, White Air, and SkyMates and I'll be visiting each in April/May. I'm ideally looking for the best value on overall program which includes cost of ratings, groundschool set-up, reliable aircraft, cost of housing, good training environment, and chances of building quality time as a CFI if hired by the school (my goal is to be a CFI at the school I train in order to build a couple thousand hours since I'm leaning toward corporate flying versus airline at this point... which means I'll need to stick around for some time at the school as a CFI and making a livable wage will be important).

Thanks for your input. And you all at White Air for my visit on April 30th.
