I'd suggest getting an attorney just in case they keep trying to do something in relation to her disorder!! if you need references, not sure how much good we could do since we're so far away but we'd be glad to help!

I agree with Kristie, get an attorney. Might be pricey but it's gonna be worth it in the long run. CS has no real evidence. Just wondering, who put the call in to CS?
Jeez, whatever happened to good old just gettin hurt as a kid. I've had two broken bones in my life, a finger and an arm, believe me my parents had nothing to do with either case 'cept to take me to the doc.
