Totally, I think in the long run it will improve the training program immensely, weeding out the ones that are just going through the motions and such, but it just sucks that they won't let the good instructors just keep instructing. My instructor told me that after he jumps through a some hoops he will be allowed to instruct in that department, but it could be months.
