SCUBA....I think you'll find that the biggest complaint about Riddle from folks who didn't attend...and maybe from some that did is the $$ factor. Riddle charges an assload of money to get a degree and flight training. Since you are already in school and coming up on halfway through, I'd suggest you stick it out at St. Leo's for another 2 years and keep taking lessons at the FBO. Though you've already indicated you don't want to do that, so I'ts really gonna be up to you anyhow and if you got the $$ to piss away then by all means do it. I don't mean piss away as in it's a bad program...I mean you could be money ahead by sticking with the route you are currently doing.
