I can tell you that anything in the 4 corners area, excluding excalibur, is going to be over $200/night. anything from mid-strip (convention center) and up to stratosphere is going to be over $100/night.
there's possibility of getting rooms at the Stratosphere for $115/nt, Sahara for $129/nt, Timeshare's thru a friend of SeanD's for $100/nt near the Convention Center, Excalibur for around $180/nt, Circus Circus for $110/nt, Riviera for $127/nt, Barbary Coast for $180/nt....
I've never stayed in a timeshare, so i have no idea how they work.. but it is the cheapest so far... however, it is a las vegas block off the strip near the convention center (mid strip). I don't want to call the guy and bother him until i know more on if ya'll care about staying on strip, off, in a casino or not... etc etc..
just need to know what everyone wants to do before i start calling around for group rates. | i was just in Vegas over christmas for a week. stayed at the Monte Carlo, paid 800 w/ tax/fees for the 7 night stay. booked thru expedia. FWIW
