Ouch he went there! So is it the airlines fault that the pilots took off on the wrong runway or was it pilot error or was it a culmination of events? Does that mean every Comair pilot is shoddy and they are poorly trained? I'm just trying to gauge the reasoning behind your comment. Lessons are unfortunately learned in blood.
