my first year of pay i grossed just under $20k, which does not include per diem. That was basically just under 2 months of training which was per-diem only no hourly pay, 6 months of reserve (guarantee), 4 months of relief/hardline (over guarantee) and profit sharing.

takehome pay for the reserve months was around 12-1400/month (inlcudes per-diem) and a little higher when i was holding a line.
