Express may just have the most ridiculously easy interview in the history of airlines! Wow, it's unreal how easy/short/no sim/no written that their interview is!

Example of Express Interview:

ExpressJet Interviewer- "So what's you first name?"
Reply- "Jim Smith"
ExpressJet Interviewer- "So do you think airplanes look cool?"
Reply- "Oh yes, they are big and fast, and very nice to look at."
ExpressJet Interviewer- "Well I think we've seen that you're more than capable of flying a 50,000 poind airplane around. Training starts in a week."
Reply- "Yipppeeee!"

PS- I have a ton of friends who fly for Express, and I know that their training is top notch. It just cracks me up how big of a joke the interview is. I'm sure you'll love it there, they seem to treat their pilots very well.
