Congrats. One of my best friends worked there and started in the Lance and it was going good. He then got offered a 402 run and that’s when things got bad because of maintenance. He said the mechanics were awful and many times the company actually told him to go when they knew something was broken. So much for the PIC being the final authority. The last straw was when they told him to fly a plane with two broken tachs! So he quit and went to the competition in FL. He's back in a single and says it’s running 18mo to upgrade to the multi which stinks. He's been there about 6mo and he's making way more than my FO pay. Good luck and just be careful and be sure to carry plenty of NASA forms...jk
