NJA in CMH starts at 35K, NJI in Hilton Head, SC starts at about 45K for low experience dispatchers. Starting salary can be as high as 55K for experienced dispatchers.
Interviewed on 11/22 and that place has alot to offer. The benefits package is the best I have ever seen.
My interview lasted about 3.5 hours with 1.5 of that sitting with the lead dispatcher. The manager of dispatch is extremely easy going as well as the Director of OCC. The interview consisted of general questions about my experience and some questions about my military experience. I was made to feel very comfortable and learned alot about how NJI operates.
I am hoping to hear back from them next week!
