Upgrade time is not aircraft specific. Therefore, until American starts it's recalls (in January), upgrade time, across the board is going to be impossible to predict....except for one fact....
....it's going to improve.
First year pay is $23.51/hr. Second year pay is somewhere in the $31.00/hr. + range.
