What is the problem here:

If the 28 all met the min. quals. and 25 were hired they had to make their decision on some criteria. They chose to use military experience. while that sucks, that is that. I dont know of any jobs in the world where if you meet requirement X, you are hired. I just hope I have what they are looking for when I get that call.
