I was hired with just over 300TT/80 multi. Don't want to start a fire her, but wanted to avoid the CFI thing, and harrased the hell out of a couple companies for about six months before getting an interview. Pay is $1200 a month with $100 a day in per-diem. Not alot of money but there is a bonus after compeleting the entire season (May). I guess, low altitude photography would be the better way to describe the job.
