that's about what we have too...that's why cell phones and text messaging abilities are going to be so darn important.. that way, we can all tell eachother where we're at and what we're doing/when we're meeting up etc etc....
I never plan out a full schedule as everyone has a different idea of what to do and often, minds are changed at hte last minute!
