Yah. I didn't see the 190 in the regs. Their are only 1 or 2 141 schools around where I live and I think they are just trying to rip me off. They wanted like 14,000 for 70 hours in a 172 and 10 in a PA-28. I think I will stick with my local 61 school and get it done.
