As a night and weekend instructor I can tell you that you certainly CAN get quaility time flying part time. I know it'll seem like a lot less at first, but you'll get used to it. I manage to instruct 20-25 hours a month part time, and that's in rainy-every-day Rochester. Good luck in the flooring business!
