Yeah you hit the nail on the head. The training was actually pretty good I cant complain. As far as the type rating goes I know alot of guys that got it and were hired by ExpressJet and American Eagle. Some with as little as 300 TT 25 Multi. But my biggest problem was the management. I could go on all day about that
