If two people get hired by Colgan ... person A has 800TT, person B has 1200TT. Person A is hired six months prior to person B. Person A has the seniority to upgradeto CA, but does not have the flight time, however, Person B does have the flight time. Does Person B get to upgrade, even though he is below person A, in senority. When person A finally does get the flight time to upgrade, say six months later, is he now below person B, because person B upgraded sooner?

If you understand what I am asking, and I didn't lose you in all of that, LOL!
