I've got a pair of Lightspeed Twenty 3G's and I couldn't live without them. I've got 500 hours them now and no problems with them falling apart yet. The only problem I've had is the mic boom fell off and I had parts the next day from Lightspeed for free and it took me 20 minutes to fix.

I've worn the Bose for about 5 hours and I hated them, they felt like a vice on my head.
