Slightly old news. The announced those three cities about 4 months ago. PIT just came out with their offer, although I think they shot themselves in the foot by releasing it so soon. Now CLT or PHX can just make that offer +1 and PIT is out. The PIT OCC is actually much bigger then the PHX one and is set up for international operations as well. No facility in CLT as of yet, although most of the -east training is there now. I think PHX will get it because it seems that most things are moving west both in attitude and acuality.
