Flowbacks/J4Js etc are strange animals. I'm not sure how the Eagle contract is worded but the one we have with JJs states only that they may turn down recall/flowup as long as somebody junior to them is still on furlough. Also, they can turn down the right seat of the 190 forever. The problem here is that their quality of life is about the same whether they are sitting reserve on the CRJ in Charlotte or the 319 in LGA. Also, here they are a captain. Also, if they go back to the left seat of the 190 they actually will still make about the same here in the RJ AND probably won't be sitting reserve as they have slotted bidding. It really sucks for us here but so far of the 5 that have been recalled none have taken it.
