Go see Clyde Fredrickson out in Arlington, TX. $1295 guaranteed. You will probably only get about 3-4 hours in the plane, and the rest will be spent in a mockup doing your flows and so forth. It is a three day program. I didn't go there but I've heard great things about the program. PM me if you need the number because they don't have a website.

As far as the MEI...after the 15 hours of pic it is just a matter of proficiency.
