You mean people aren't worried about terrawists slamming a C-152 into a building filled with 50 gallons of fuel at 70 kts?!?
I have a feeling that the talks of an outright ban or restriction of airspace over major cities will be forgotten as soon as the next scandal and/or round of "junk food" news emerges. If they did manage to pass something, hopefully, they'll be reasonable and not listen to the "Nancy Grace" types; perhaps, just deciding to re-evaluate certain areas which I could understand.
