I agree that I have been asking questions that I should not be asking atm, since I still haven't even got in the cockpit once. I apologize for that once again.

They're not stupid questions, just questions that are hard to answer because one has to use "jargon" that you are unfamiliar with. I probably read that book 10 times before going into the first school to look around.
I think you'll have a pretty good basic understanding of how this all works once you start digging into that book.
