I participated in a similar program 2 years in a row, when I was Flight Instructing. I had two students that spent the entire week with me at the flight school. Anytime I was in a plane with more than 2 seats, they jumped in, plugged in, and rode along! They sat in on ground school sessions, FTD sessions, and lunch sessions! It really was cool for them, and I believe that they learned alot!

Contact a flight school in your area, and ask around - they'd probably be willing!
