I was sorta let down after I put all the time and effort into making my logbook look extremely professional and presentable. One guy thumbed through it so fast he couldn't possibly be reading anything while another guy was asking me "Tell me about a time when..." questions. That was the extent of my logbook grilling.

I've heard XJT hits them pretty hard, though. It probably just depends on which airline your interviewing with.
