The people in the top 50 out of 800 pilots here have 25+ years with the company.
Somehow I doubt there is something wrong with them for not wanting to "move up". $100k/yr+, 5 weeks vacation (with trip touching, which means more like 7-8 weeks) per year, bidding #15 or less in base.
On top of that, they are the ones getting 17+ days off/month.
Yeah, I bet their lives suck
