The minimums for airnet are 500TT if you are a current employee. If not they usually look at guys in the mid 800s and then take you into training as soon as a class opens up. If you are close to 1050 by the time that happens I'd wait and make sure I got over that so I wouldn't have to take a 2nd checkride. And obviously they will SIC you until you meet all the 135 IFR PIC reqs.
