Most of the guys in our class are just out of their one-year seat lock. So it only takes 366 days really. Upgrades are going really quick too. I've been asked to upgrade a bunch but when I tell them I only have 1900TT (company policy is 2500TT min) I get the double take. And at this point, I have a lot to learn before I sit in the left seat. I would be bringing the Captain standard down if I could accept the upgrade.
