Its a tough call. For the most part I agree with those that say MYOB, but we need to consider, even though we can give him the bennefit of the doubt and assume he's legal to fly as per FARs, the airlines take their company policy very seriously. There is no doubt he'd be terminated if he drank into the 12 hour rule. I wouldn't want to end his career, but at the same time I have to look out for my own. The fact is he admitted that he had every intention of drinking past 12 hours. Even if I didn't see it, I know it happened. Is there any posibility that anyone overheard it? I might consider reporting him just to cover myself in case it becomes known that I knew and didn't say anything. I wouldn't want him to drag me down with him.
