I guess I am lucky though I have 2 Dells, a desktop and laptop and the only issue with either one was with the desktop the cd/burner did work fully when I got it. I got in touch with Pakistan and after 1 hour of trying junk the guy goes "I guess you need a new cd drive" I said well I told you that an hour ago and they sent a tech out here to change. Overall though I cant complain
