So I bought a DELL XPS media computer in April. But finally put it together a week ago due to not having a desk to place it on.

Anyways. For the last 3-4 days the computer has been freezing randomly when online. When it freezes the curser is able to move about freely.On links when frozen it remains an arrow and doesn't turn into a pointing hand.

As stated it freezes for 3-5 minutes randomly then resumes SOP. I did a virus scan and it came up with nothing, the computer is clean. Dell tech support I hear is in India or Pakistan so ummmm no thanks. So I decided to ask the JC computer geeks for suggestions.

Help...please!!!
