Default Important Question about Interviewing

Throughout my flight training career like most other students on JC, I have flown various types of aircraft while en route to earning my licenses and ratings. The one thing that I am wondering is...what do I need to take away from my time in each one of these airplanes? When the time comes that I am in an interview with a freight co. or regional, what will they want me to have retained about the various a/c I have flown? Should I have information such as V speeds, fuel systems, elec. systems memorized? Thanks in advance for any help that a JC'er can offer.
