The problem with this industry is that someone is always willing to work for less and management is exploiting this. If they could, mgmt would hire kids right out of flight school because they would fly for 12 K / yr and are completely uninformed...The sad part is these kids think they were getting a good deal...
A lot is going to have to change before things get better. EVERYONE NEEDS TO START STANDING UP TO MGMT. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH ALREADY.
