I'm not sure if things have changed but I knew an FO (err.. Copilot) on Cutter's Citation X and she wasn't too happy. Apparently they had a new manager and was making life pretty bad. Her captain quit and the other FO followed shortly after. This was about a year ago so things hopefully have changed.
