hey bwade i dont know how long you have been visiting this site but from your join date it might not be long. if you have not done so yet go into the education section of this site and read the pay for job page. it is very educational and if you still feel the same after reading that then by all means get back on hear and voice your opinions. thats what we are all about, but ill warn you be ready to be torn a new one.
