I dunno.. cuz from what i'm learning, in order for anything to be "evidentiary" material, it has to be examined by whatever it was recorded on.. like min recorder tapes, that type of thing - so my bet would be that it'd have to be saved on that phone in order to be admissible. but that would be something an attorney would have to give more info on. |
