Default Skyway

I'm from Milwaukee and had an interview with Skyway in Aug. The interview is informal and might have a written exam with is probably graded to pass/fail to continue. At least it was in Aug. The HR/Tech for me was 3 on 1. Two Gary's and another guy (sadly I can't remember his name). He was not dressed professionally and I think that was purposeful. He was very friendly, though. The tech was a review of an approach plate. Pretty simple. They're very concerned about whether who they hire can make it through sim school, as the industry has been taking in some very low-time pilots. I didn't make the cut (they were looking to fill 4 slots at the time and had 8 people to look at), probably because I didn't answer every tech question correctly. They didn't give a sim ride, so they didn't know how else to figure us out. Weird.
