as a pilot, do you remember all the little things? width of glide slopes, width of VOR course, an IFR contact approach... stuff you don't normally see on a day to day basis. I'm a week away from being IFR certified..(as long as I pass) and i've been studying my acorns off. I kinda know the stuff I don't see on every IFr flight right now, but some things i've never even done.. VFR on top among other things.

I'm sure all the IFR pilots don't know everything there is to know, but i'd like to come as close as possible to it because I think it will make you a better pilot.

so all the professional pilots here... whats your take on this?
